Michael Gabriel – Strings Attached
A musical delight
The Innisfil ideaLab and Library concert series continues this Sunday featuring singer-songwriter Michael Gabriel. He comes with his own strings section, but also shares the stage with local talent wherever he goes. Sunday, he’ll be performing with singers from the Melody in Me Academy and string players from the Huronia Arts Academy. Gabriel describes his music as a fusion between classical and pop music. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. They are available from any Innisfil Library branch or from Michael’s website. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Youth Haven shelter. We had a chance to sit down with Michael in between rehearsals last weekend.
