A little smaller, but as grand as ever
Kempenfest returns to the Barrie waterfront this weekend. Well, some of it. Due to construction on the waterfront, space is limited this year to the south shore and west end of Kempenfelt Bay. It also means fewer vendors. That said, there are new attractions and the weather is looking good after wind and rain washed out a good portion of Sunday afternoon last year and a concert that night.
