Good news and bad news when it comes to job numbers. Statistics Canada reports 31,800 jobs were added in June, but the country’s unemployment rate rose to 6% as more people searched for work. The unemployment rate moved up last month despite the addition of new jobs because nearly 76,000 more people entered the workforce.
