Three-hundred drivers were stopped, 16 roadside tests conducted in another RIDE blitz by South Simcoe Police last night. This one was in north Innisfil. Two drivers were handed three-day suspensions, one had his licence lifted for 30 days for a third Warn-Range suspension. He’ll have to attend an alcohol education program and install an ignition interlock in his vehicle to be able to drive it. A 42 year old Barrie man had his licence suspended for 90 days and is facing a $1500 fine and possible year-long suspension.
