Innisfil Man Charged With Impaired

After being stopped for erratic driving an Innisfil man was arrested for impaired. South Simcoe Police, conducting their annual Festive RIDE program stopped the 36 year old just before 6 Saturday night and arrested him for impaired. He was taken to the Station for further testing where officers discovered his blood/ alcohol content was 4 times the legal limit. Subsequently his license was suspended for 90 days and his car impounded for the week. He has a date with a judge later this month.
