Innisfil Approves 2016 Budget
Residents Told To Expect A $62/yr Increase On Property Tax Bill
The Town of Innisfil has given the okay to the 2016 budget and it means residents will pay an extra $62 on their property tax bill a year. The Capital and Operating Budget comes with an estimated 1.82% increase, with that extra coin going to cover the usual bills such as education, police services, and infrastructure. Innisfil Mayor Gord Wauchope says the increase is necessary to keep the town delivering core services, while saving for the future.
