Police are on the lookout for a light coloured, newer model Kia Soul that failed to remain at the scene of a collision in Markham on February 5th. York Regional Police say a 67 year old man was sent to hospital with serious injuries after the bicycle he was riding was struck by the vehicle just before 6pm.
