Green Day Cancels Toronto Show…New Headliner Announced

UPDATE: The NHL has announced that Lenny Kravitz will be the replacement headliner for Friday’s concert to close out the World Cup of Hockey. If you still want a refund on your tickets, you have until Thursday at 5 p.m. to get it. There are currently no tickets available for the show.


Green Day has cancelled their show Friday in Toronto that was supposed to close out the World Cup of Hockey. They rescheduled three other shows in St. Louis, Chicago and Detroit but tickets for the Toronto show will be refunded.

Green Day is currently on tour promoting their first full-length release in four years, Revolution Radio, due out October 7th.
