Suspected Heroin or Cocaine Overdoses Send Four to Hospital
York Regional Police are sounding the alarm after four reported overdoses in Georgina. From June 1st to the 5h, emergency crews responded to four separate incidences in town, saying the individuals had accidentally overdosed on what’s believed to be heroin or cocaine. All have since recovered following a visit to hospital, but police are warning the public that illegal drug use carries potentially deadly risks.
