Police Say Driver Didn't Know How Long Tire Had Been Flat
Barrie Police say the signs were there that a driver had been drinking. Around 10:00 last night, officers say a vehicle approached their RIDE check with a flat tire. Police say the female driver didn’t realize her tire was flat, smoking and shooting sparks everywhere. A 29-year-old Elmvale woman allegedly told police she’d been out for a few glasses of wine, but likely didn’t expect her night to end with Drunk Driving charges.
