First Light Returns To Sainte Marie Among The Hurons
Expanded to include Martyrs' Shrine
A step back in time to Christmases long, long ago has returned to Sainte Marie Among The Hurons. The First Light celebration this year includes a walk through Martyr’s Shrine, and a third weekend has been added. The event has grown from a handful of candles lighting the way 17 years ago to more than five-thousand last year. Eleven-thousand people took in the event last year.
