Family Dispute Ends With Teen In Handcuffs

A 17-year-old Innisfil lad is in deep with the law after a spat with mom. Just before 9:00 last night, South Simcoe Police got the call about a youth destroying the family home. They say they arrived to find damaged walls and doors, and a car, after a fight with his mom. Police say the teen continued to be aggressive with officers too, spitting on one of them, and trying to take a swing at them during the arrest. Officers say he broke a part of a squad car door too, and now faces a list of charges as a result.
