DESCRIPTION:The Steps for Safety: Walk to End Sex Trafficking is a family-friendly walk taking place on Saturday\, September 19 at Dorian Parker Centre (Sunnidale Park) in Barrie and a secondary event will take place at the Bracebridge Sportsplex (Outdoor Track) for those wishing to attend in person in Muskoka. \nRegister a team or donate \nFollowing the success of the 2025 edition\, funds raised through this year's event will continue to directly support Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions' local anti-human trafficking initiatives. Through their anti-human trafficking initiatives\, their goal is to ensure safety\, stability\, and a hopeful future for our friends and neighbours most at risk in our community. \nParticipants can choose to walk 2.5 or 5 km. There will be supported rest stops along the way and tasty snacks at the finish line.
