DESCRIPTION:Through our Non-for-Profit Leap Beyond Barriers Foundation (LBBF)\, we want to complete a second research study to replicate and further investigate from our first research study on Ion Cyclotron Resonance Therapy.  \n \nOur initial study proved to be truly insightful for individuals with Autism\, with the possibility to make profound changes in their lives in a remarkably brief period\, surpassing the impact of existing interventions.  \n \nIt is imperative that we complete a larger and more extensive study to validate and replicate these results. Enjoy three exciting rounds of painting\, 20 minutes in the first two\, where 16 artists compete in two groups of eight. Artists choose any subject to paint. All attendees are invited to vote by the end of each session. The top two artists from each round paint off in a final 30 minute Art Blast. That’s 10 extra minutes! Final voting determines the overall winners and runners up. \nAll finalists receive cash prizes and can sell their paintings by silent auction. Artists keep 50% of the auction proceeds. The balance goes to the Barrie Art Club. DESCRIPTION:May 22nd to May 25th is the 2025 Barrie Fire Boot Drive!  We have firefighters\, their families\, students\, and members of the community volunteering their time to run voluntary "toll" stations across the City of Barrie!  We accept cash donations\, and as of last year\, we have added a tap system that will accept tap enabled cards.  All proceeds go directly towards helping those with muscular dystrophy or towards other community projects to help those in need.  We are always very proud of the generosity shown by the people of Barrie\, and we are typically among the top ranked cities in Canada for the amount of money we raise!  We are looking forward to another great turnout this year!
