DUI Charges Laid In Wasaga Beach
Two Guys in Their 20's Have Court Dates To Look Forward To
A pair of drunk driving arrests out of Wasaga Beach. The first one happened late Monday night, when police say they spied an e-bike being ridden erratically on the sidewalk along Main Street. Officers stopped the 26-year-old cyclist and say not only was he under the influence, he was also in possession of enough pot to warrant a Drug Dealing charge on top of the DUI. The second drunk driving charge came around 9:00 last night, as police say a driver approached a Beachwood Road RIDE spot check under the influence of alcohol. A 22-year-old man now has a late December court date.
