DUI Charge Laid Following Midland Collision

Police Say She Failed Two Breath Tests

A crash in Midland, and it looks like alcohol was a factor. Police got the call to the intersection of Vindin St. and County Road 93 with reports of a two vehicle crash, and say they could smell the telltale scent of alcohol on one of the drivers’ breath. The woman failed a roadside breath test, and was brought down to the station house for further testing. The 55-year-old woman was charged with Impaired Driving, while her licence was suspended for 90 days.
