DUI Charge Laid Against Bond Head Dirt Biker

Bond Head Man Had His Licence And Vehicle Taken By Police

A Bond Head man is going to be walking for a while, after a run in with the law. South Simcoe Police say one of their officers was out and about on his motorcycle patrolling near Bond Head around 8:00 last night, when he came across someone on a dirt bike. The officer says this guy didn’t have the proper equipment to be riding, and spoke to him about it. That’s when police say there was alcohol on the guy’s breath. A roadside screening ended with a 33-year-old man being charged with a DUI, while his licence and bike were impounded for 90 days.
