Drowning Victim ID’d
The 23 Year Old Is From Toronto
The identity of a man who drowned over the weekend has been confirmed. Just after 6:30 on Sunday, Emergency workers were notified of a male who had gone under the water at 6 Mile Lake and not resurfaced. That man has been identified as 23 year old Keenan Carter of Toronto. The investigation into the cause of death is continuing.
