This is the weekend we “Spring Forward” into Daylight Saving Time. The clocks go forward one hour at 2am Sunday morning, or before you go to bed on Saturday night.
Now I’m all for saving a little daylight, but I do have a problem with WHEN we switch the clocks ahead. Who determined the time change should occur right in the middle of the weekend?
It seems to me, the best time to switch the clocks forward would be 4pm on Friday afternoon! At 4pm, it would instantly become 5pm and the weekend would begin an hour earlier rather than take the hour away from the weekend in the middle of the night on Sunday morning!
Instead of Daylight Saving Time, they could call it Weekend Saving Time!
