‘Corner Gas’ is Getting an Animated Reboot
Most of the original actors will be back to voice their characters
Corner Gas was one of the most popular Canadian TV sitcoms, so it’s no surprise it’s getting a reboot. The Comedy Network confirmed yesterday that the new version of Corner Gas will be animated, and begins pre-production next month in Toronto and Vancouver.
Most of the original actors will be back to voice their characters, except Janet Wright, who passed away last month. Her family has given their blessing for her character, Emma to be part of the reboot.
The animated reboot of Corner Gas will air sometime in 2017.
