Canadians Kidnapped In The Philippines

Two Canadians are among four people abducted by gunmen from a resort in The Philippines. A military official on the island says it appears they were targetted. A naval blockade has been set up to keep the kidnappers from reaching an island to the southwest where the militants have strongholds where they keep hostages while negotiating a ransom.
