$20-bill used to make small purchase

 

Barrie Police looking for two suspects after a counterfeit US $20 bill was passed at Canadian Tire on Bayfield Street. Police say it was used to make a small purchase from the automotive department. The suspects were seen leaving the parking lot in a dark-coloured vehicle. They are described as:

  • Male, black (20-25 yrs.)
  • 6’3”, thin build
  • moustache, short black hair
  • wearing a black hooded jacket, red pants and black running shoes

and

  • Male, black (20-25 yrs.)
  • 5’9”, medium build
  • black hair braided in cornrows
  • wearing a grey hoodie, white t-shirt, black sweat pants with grey stipes and white running shoes
