Once was not enough for this driver!
OPP officers have been kept busy with their fall seat belt campaign. Only 5 days in…. and police have already laid 9 charges in the Southern Georgian Bay area, 2 of those charges to the same person! On Wednesday a driver was stopped for not wearing a seat belt, less then 4 hours later, the same man was stopped by a different officer but charged again with not wearing a seat belt. That charge carries a fine of 240-dollars and 2 demerit points.
The campaign runs until October 9th.
