Bradford Man Given Third Court Date Following Arrest

Police Say He Twice Missed His Day In Court

South Simcoe Police have charged a man, now let’s see if he’ll show up in court. A Bradford man, originally charged with Trespass By Night, had twice failed to show up to his court appointment, according to police. A bench warrant was issued, and Barrie Police contacted their South Simcoe partners this morning to say the 19-year-old man in question was in their custody. The suspect has been given another court date to answer to his original charge, along with two counts of Fail to Appear.
