Body Of Missing Canoeist Found
Police Say No One Was Wearing A Life Jacket At The Time
The body of a missing Halton Hills woman has been pulled from Pigeon Lake. According to OPP the body of 28 year old Angel Villeneuve – Steadman was recovered yesterday morning. Police say the woman was one of three people who took a canoe out on the water to retrieve a paddle boat on April 3rd. The body of a 23 year old Scarborough man was recovered on April 5th. One person made it back to shore safely. Police say no one was wearing a life jacket at the time.
