Barrie Wants Your Opinion on City Sign By-Laws

Signs, signs, everywhere a sign. But is it blocking up the scenery and breaking your mind? City of Barrie wants to know, as it reviews the city’s sign by-laws. It was created in 1999 to regulate outdoor advertising sign use, but after a good 20 years, it needs some freshening up.
