Barrie Roadside Altercation Leads To Charges

Tempers flared at a construction site, now one guy is due in court. Barrie Police say a worker at a site along Highway 90 near Miller Dr. stepped too far into traffic, causing a car to swerve and avoid hitting him. The construction worker allegedly threw a spray can at the car in response, causing a heated argument between the two men. Police say the worker punched the driver’s car a few times for good measure, but now has been charged with Mischief.
