Barrie Police Hunting For Repeat Customer
Customer Recognized As Possible Bandit From Day Before
Some repeat business in Barrie, not the kind you’d want though. Barrie Police say a young lad went into Jug City on Essa Rd Saturday evening just before 6:00 and asked for a pack of smokes. The shop owner said he recognized the customer as the perp who came in and stole some merchandise the day before and asked the kid to pay for the items taken. Police figure the boy got spooked by this, saying he grabbed the cigarettes and booted it without paying. Now Barrie Police want to charge this guy for two thefts.
