Barrie Man Needed Some Time To Cool Off

20-Something Accused Of Causing a Ruckus

A Barrie man got a time out from police. Around 3:30 this morning, police got the call about a suspicious man hanging outside a Grove St. convenience store, allegedly picking fights with passersby. Turns out, it was the same fella police say they dealt with a few times that night. The same man was reportedly forcibly removed from a local bar earlier in the night, while police add he also stiffed a cabbie on the fare. Officers located the guy on Johnson’s Beach, allegedly still causing a scene. The 22-year-old man was thrown into a cell to calm down a touch.
