Barrie Man Might Want To Double Check Address Next Time

He Allegedly Went Looking for Drugs in All The Wrong Places

Talk about getting the wrong address. Barrie Police put the cuffs on a 39-year-old local man Monday, after they say he went knocking at a rooming house door. Police claim the suspect went to a McDonald St. home around 9:00 Monday morning, and banged on the back door, yelling for someone who doesn’t live there. When the landlord tried to send him away, he was allegedly assaulted, while the suspect forced his way in and began banging on another door inside, demanding drugs. Police got there in time to find the suspect outside the home. The landlord was treated at hospital for minor injuries, while the suspect is up on a slew of charges including Assault and Forcible Entry.
