Barrie Hospital Gets Biggest Donation In Its History
$2.6mil Going Towards New Operating Suite
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre got the biggest donation in the hospital’s history today. Ron Joyce, head of the Joyce Foundation and one of the founders of Tim Horton’s, has announced a $2.6 million donation to RVH. The money will fund a state-of-the-art operating suite. Joyce says this his his way of giving back to the hospital that has looked after him and his family over the years.
