Barrie Hospital Asking For Public’s Help On Assisted Dying Policy

Royal Victoria Hospital wants your take on medically assisted dying. The Barrie hospital is trying to develop a policy on the subject, after a bill was tabled in parliament that allows for a physician to intentionally end a patient’s life. To help with this policy, RVH has posted a survey on their website. Bill C-14 is currently under debate in Ottawa, and if it passes, Medically Assisted Dying laws could be on the books as early as June.
