Not to be outdone, Barrie Fire and Emergency Service has produced its own version of a Frosh Week Expense List. It’s patterned after a list York Regional Police publish every year to point out the repercussions of certain Frosh Week activities. It’s partly tongue-in-cheek, but there’s a serious message behind it as well.
