Barrie Colts Player Honored
Second Colt To Win Both Awards
The OHL has announced its 2015-16 Regular Season Award Winners. Kevin Labanc , the Barrie Colts Right Winger, captured the leagues scoring title earning the Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy and the Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy. The 20 year old Labanc scored 39 goals and 88 assists in 65 games.. He is the second member of the Colts to win both awards following Sheldon Keefe in 1999-2000. Other awards went to players in London and Windsor.
