Alliston Man Accused Of Driving Over Twice The Speed Limit
Radar Gun Read 139 in a 60 Zone
An Alliston man is up on charges after they say he drove through town at break-neck speeds. Officers say they clocked a vehicle hitting speeds of 139km/h along the 7th Line of Adjala-Tosorontio, around 6:00 Monday morning. Problem is, the speed limit along that route is 60km. The 29-year-old driver was charged with Stunt Driving, which comes with an automatic licence and vehicle seizure.
