Adjala Man Accused Of Hitting Driver Below The Belt

A dump truck driver is nursing his wounds as an Adjala man waits for his day in court. Nottawasaga OPP say the driver and a land owner got into a verbal dispute about how dump trucks were being driven around his property. Police say it escalated to where the property owner fetched a shotgun and pointed it at the driver, before jabbing the gun butt into the victim’s groin.  A 67-year-old man faces a variety of Weapons-related offenses, including Assault with a Weapon.
