AA Rating For Barrie!
The City Has Received the High Rating for 5 Years Straight!
For the fifth year in a row the city of Barrie has been issued a double A credit rating from Standard and Poor’s. The report comes out annually from the financial services company and the rating can be attributed to the City’s stable and well diversified economy and strong budget. The report also highlighted the city’s strong financial management practices, strong political consensus in passing budgets and transparency in its financial statements.
