30-Year-Old Man Poses as High School Basketball Player for 6 Months

30-year-old Jonathon Nicola from South Sudan was arrested by Canadian border officers because he spent the last 6 months posing as a teenager at Catholic Central High School in Windsor.

Nicola is 6’9, 202 pounds and wears a size 16 shoe. He was playing on the senior boys’ basketball team and was living with his coach as part of the Canada Homestay program, which finds homes for foreign students.

Jonathon Nicola is currently being held at the South West Detention Centre.
