WOMEN’S CONNECTION 4 – PRETTY IN PURPLE supporting Epilepsy Simcoe County

274 Burton Ave  Barrie  ON

MONDAY MAY 7 2018                    6:30pm – 9:30pm

Epilepsy Simcoe County and Connect Hair Studio are pleased to announce that they will team up for this year’s Women’s Connection 4 – Pretty in Purple.  Join us on Monday May 14 for the opportunity to meet over 13 of Barrie’s women entrepreneurs, have some fun and raise much needed funds to support the work of Epilepsy Simcoe County.

Our goal is $5000 which will be used to help raise awareness about Epilepsy in Simcoe County, support families of people living with Epilepsy and provide assistance for emergency medical funding for costly medications.  Longer term goals include funding 2 ambulatory EEG devices to assist with accurate diagnosis.

The theme is Pretty in Purple, which is the colour of epilepsy awareness and guests are encouraged to wear something purple to show their support.

A $20 ticket offers a vendor market promoting local entrepreneurs champagne, appetizers, live entertainment and a silent auction.  Tickets are limited and available from Connect Hair Studio.

Epilepsy Simcoe County (ESC) was established in 1978 as a volunteer organization to assist the people of Simcoe County with education, support, awareness and advocacy.  ESC is located in downtown Barrie and serves their member base in the Greater Simcoe County area .
