UPDATE: Orillia Area Crash Now a Fatal One
Man Ejected From Vehicle, Airlifted to Toronto
Sept. 21st – The OPP say 21-year-old Jacob Haylock of Selkirk succumbed to his injuries. The investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
Sept. 20th – A man is in Toronto hospital after a vehicle rollover near Orillia. Police arrived at County Road 46 near Highway 12, east of Orillia, around 7:30 this morning, saying a 22-year-old male driver from Selkirk was ejected from the vehicle. The 21-year-old female passenger suffered minor injury and was taken to Orillia hospital, while the driver was airlifted to Toronto. Police say County Road 46 will remain closed at Highway 12 until further notice.
