OPP Civilian Member Charged Following Oro Medonte Crash
Marked Cruiser Involved in Collision
A member of the OPP’s civilian team is facing a Careless Driving charge after a crash in Oro Medonte. A marked OPP cruiser was said to be involved in a crash with an SUV around 11:30 this morning, on northbound Highway 11 near the 4th Line of Oro Medonte. Police say the cruiser failed to slow with traffic, hitting the SUV. The 10-year civilian member of the OPP behind the wheel was charged.
