The Muskoka Lakes Township is holding a "mock election" next Monday that'll demonstrate the new process
A first for voters in the upcoming municipal election.
Eligible electors will be able to vote in advance electronically (telephone, computer, cell phone, iPad, tablet or laptop).
The Muskoka Lakes Township is holding a “mock election” that’ll demonstrate the new process.
Attendees will be able to cast a “simulated vote” and gain a first-hand understanding of how the system works.
The session will happen next Monday (August 20th) from 2:00-4:00 in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office (1 Bailey Street in Port Carling)
