He was arrested!

Viewers of KPNX in Arizona were a bit shocked to see a man slapping a woman in a wheelchair on live TV today. The video shows the slap in question, and it’s unclear why it happened. It’s not been confirmed that they’re related (husband & wife, brother & sister, etc.) according to KPNX, the man was arrested.
