Fox in Talks to Revive ‘King of the Hill’

The show ran from 1997-2009

Fox is in talks to bring back “King of the Hill”. Fox Television Group chairman Dana Walden told a group of reporters last week that they’ve had a meeting with executive producers Mike Judge and Greg Daniels about the possibility of bringing Hank and the gang back to TV.

Walden says both Judge and Daniels seemed excited about the idea. She also said they both have individual projects on the go so one of the main obstacles is finding the time.

Mike Judge voiced the main character Hank Hill. The late Brittany Murphy was also part of the cast, voicing Luanne Platter.

The show ran for 13 seasons from 1997 to 2009.
