Cell phones and other electronic devices may be keeping your kids awake at night – even if they don’t use them just before bedtime. A study published today says the mere fact they are on and can emit light and noise may be keeping kids from getting enough shut-eye. Researchers also found online content may still be psychologically stimulating an hour or so after putting the devices down. Click here for more on this story.
