Gilford Area Crash Results in Careless Driving Charge
A careless driving charge for a woman who left the road. South Simcoe Police got the call to 20th Sideroad and 2nd Line near Gilford around 5:00 Thursday evening, with reports of a vehicle rollover. Officers say the driver was heading north on the 20th, when she missed a curve in the road and put the car in the ditch. The 54-year-old suffered minor injury and was treated at hospital before being charged.
