An ‘Iron Chef America’ Reboot is Coming

It’s the show that started it all. Iron Chef, was originally a Japanese show that featured celebrity judges, mystery ingredients and lots of drama. It was revamped for America back in 2005 and was on air for about a decade. Well, it’s coming back.

It’ll be called Gauntlet. The details are a bit sparse right now, but considering it’ll be a reboot of a remake that was a reboot of a remake…they’ll have to do something impressive to make the show stand out. The Food Network plans to revive the show in the spring of 2017.
