LOSE WEIGHT? EAT LESS MEAT

Cutting down on meat, might help you to lose weight.  A European study of 400-thousand adults compared weight gain between meat-eaters and vegetarians.  Both groups consumed the same number of calories, but those who were eating meat gained more weight than the others.  And those who ate processed meat, such as sausages and ham, gained the most weight.
